What we cannot help with

Flourish is not an emergency service, and nobody is monitoring support addresses overnight.

• If you or someone else is in danger, call 999.
• If you are struggling to cope, Samaritans are free to call on 116 123, at any hour.
• For benefits, Universal Credit or your claim, contact Jobcentre Plus or the Department for Work and Pensions. We cannot see or change anything about a claim.
• For immigration and the right to work, contact the Home Office or a regulated adviser.
• For a debt or money problem, Citizens Advice and the MoneyHelper service are free and independent.

We also cannot pass your details to an employer, arrange an interview, or tell you whether an advert you saw elsewhere is genuine.
